Heartland Pipelines are incredibly proud to share that we have been named the winner of the Sustainability Award at the 2026 Water Industry Awards for our Lake Vyrnwy Wet Woodland Restoration Project.
This is one of the first awards we have ever been shortlisted for as a business, so to come away as winners against some fantastic projects and larger businesses is a real achievement and one that means a lot to us.
As a small business, this recognition reflects the hard work, passion and commitment of our team, not only in delivering great projects but also in making a positive difference to the environment and the communities we serve.
Everyone involved was genuinely overwhelmed and proud to receive this award. It is a fantastic milestone for the business and gives us even more motivation to continue improving what we do and contributing to excellence across the UK water industry.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. We are excited to see how Heartlands continues to go from strength to strength, and we would also like to congratulate all the other category winners & finalists on their success.
It was a fantastic event and a great opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the industry together, although black tie and one of the hottest days of the year certainly made for a challenging combination!
